|Manager||Full-time||Omaha Sorensen||$35,617/yr||Responsible for the direct supervision of assigned residential and vocational settings and the persons served in those settings. The Manager will hire, train, and supervise staff providing support to the individuals served by ENCOR. Must meet requirements listed under DSP Residential, plus have 1 year paid experience working with developmentally disabled persons. Will be on a 24 hour on call.|
|Full-time & Part-time||Ames||Provide skilled professional nursing care, a normalized routine of daily living and activities, and a fun home like environment to persons living in a residential home. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate the care of individuals served. State of Nebraska licensed Registered Nurse required. Must meet a 70 pound lifting requirement, have driver’s license in good standing, (with 2 or less moving violations and no DUI’s in the last 5 years) and have a car and car insurance. Full-time Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm. Part-time Weekend, overnight hours.|
|LPN Case Manager||Full-time||
|Responsible for independently implementing the nursing process and administers skilled professional nursing services, care, and leadership while providing, delegating, evaluating and coordinating comprehensive professional nursing care. This person will be responsible for the assessing, planning, securing and delivery of health and habilitation supports for individuals, and will accept responsibility for the direction, monitoring, and delegation of activities related to the provision of medication and additional activities by medication aides. State of Nebraska licensed LPN . Must meet a 70 pound lifting requirement, have a valid driver’s license in good standing, car and car insurance. 4 weekday shifts from7:30am to 4:30pm, one weekend day from 8am to 3pm and participate in an on-call rotation.|

|Part-time||Fremont||Responsible for preparing routes at the Fremont site for drivers. This position will also deliver of noon meals to homebound elderly individuals as required. Requirements include good computer skills and ability to use office equipment. The ability to lift 25 pounds, a driver’s license in good standing, car and car insurance are required.Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 12:30pm.|
|Home Delivered Meals Program Assistant I
|Full-time||Responsible for maintaining office records for the Home Delivered Meals Program, plus assist in the maintenance of delivery routes, delivery personnel and proper food distribution, Associates degree, the ability to lift 25 pounds, a driver’s license in good standing, car and car insurance required. Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.|
|Enoa Fiscal Specialist||Full-time||Responsible for effective management of the accounting and reporting system of the Eastern Nebraska Office on Aging (ENOA). Assist the ENOA fiscal officer with daily and monthly accounting processes as well as contracts, grants, audit and monitoring and financial data input utilizing existing reporting systems. Associate’s degree in related field required. Monday to Friday, day hours.|
|Rural Transportation Van Driver
|Part-time||Fremont||Provide transportation in an agency van for persons served by the Office on Aging. Must be 19 years of age. Must have a high school diploma, GED, or a minimum of 1 year professional driving experience. Must possess a valid driver’s license with no major violations (including DUI in the last 5 years and no more than three moving violations &/or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years. Must have 20/40 actual or corrected vision. Must meet a 50 pound lifting requirement. Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8am to 5pm.|
|Services Coordinator||Full-time||Provide seniors 65 and older meeting Medicaid and long-term care eligibility with home and community based services. Baccalaureate degree in Human Services or related field required. Also must have 2 years paid experience in long-term care, gerontology or rehab health/disability case management. Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing, car and car insurance. Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.|
